SHIPPING

We guarantee delivery of all ordered articles asap. Please note that for orders below a value of CHF 100 we charge a minimum order surcharge of CHF 20.-.

The minimum shipping charge is always CHF 19.-. A subsequent delivery of articles on backorder will be handled automatically; if there is no additional delivery desired, it has to be remarked on the order-sheet. For subsequent deliveries, we will not invoice any additional freight charge.

Due to the actual shop solution, the invoice for the freight charges will be sent separately via email or PayPal (we appologyze for this temporary inconvenience and lack in service).


WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

We ship worldwide with Swiss Post Airfreight Services. All parcels are insured. All items are packaged professionally and with great care. Your track&trace number will be communicated after the parcel was posted.

The following freight charges are an approximate indication of the final costs for shipping, which depends on weight and destination. We recommend to ask for freight charges before you conclude the purchase/payment.

We offer the possibility of payment with PayPal or Bank Transfer. We do not accept any bank checks.

PURCHASE AGREEMENT

The buyer agrees, that the purchase is valid only when the full amount for the purchased goods and the shipping charges have been remitted. The property of the supplied commodity passes on to customer only after complete payment. The contractual relations are subject exclusively to Swiss Law.

Due to handling reasons, the invoice for the freight charges will be communicated via email or PayPal.


GORILLA BICYCLES WARRANTY

                                            
Your Gorilla Bicycle will be delivered with a comprehensive insurance. You have 2 years guarantee on all components and additionally we repair or replace broken frames within the first 10 years. This warranty is only valid for the first owner. In case of entitled warranty claims we repair resp. exchange the article. Further demands are excluded. This warranty is not valid for normal wear and tear, improper use, damages caused by accidents or faulty assembling. For purpose of warranty please keep the invoice (the date of invoice indicates the beginning of warranty time). In case of entitled warranty claim we bear the expenses for freight and assembling.


REPLACEMENT WARRANTY
                                    
Should your Gorilla frame be damaged within 3 years from date of purchase caused by an accident or fall, you obtain an identical or comparable frame from our current range for 60% of the common sales price. Within Switzerland we return your frame or bicycle free of charge. Outside Switzerland you only have to pay the resulting freight charges. On demand we mount the new bicycle at a fixed price of  CHF 120.


RIGHT OF RETURN

We wish that you are satisfied with our products. Therefore we offer you the possibility to return articles within 1 month up to receipt of the goods. This time limit is not valid for cumbersome goods, here you have the chance to demand return in written form (letter, email) or by phone.

We only bear the freigt cost for reconsignments from Germany, Austria, France, Italy and Switzerland.


CONSEQUENCES OF RETURN  
                                         
In case of an effective return the sales contract becomes invalid. In case of usage or wear and tear of the returned articles we are authorised to consider the obsolescence. This does not apply to the deterioration of articles solely caused by the quality control for example in the retail store. You could avoid the value compensation by treating the articles very carefully.


TRANSPORT DAMAGES / CLAIMS
                                
Please announce apparent defects within 7 days. Please be aware that in case of visible damages the post-service has to fill out a notification of claim. Provided visible damages of the package please demand on opening the parcel by the post-service and ask directly for the corresponding notification. If there are any further questions please call +41 43 311 51 00 or contact@gorillabicycles.com. We ask you to return worn clothing only after washing. Helmets and shoes have to be sent back not only in the covering box, but also in the strong transport package.

DATA PROTECTION


We store all addresses that we receive by telephone, electronicaly or by written inquiries or orders. We are prohibited from transmitting your data to other persons, companies or institutions. If you want us to delete your address from our list of customers, please let us know!


WEBSITE CONTENT

Declarations of weight, geometry and outfit are manufacturer data. Technical amendments in the sense of a technical development or colour deviations, falsities or typing errors are reserved. Delivery is subject to prior sale.

We exclude the liability for the content of external internet pages, which could be reached by link on our web page.
